The Ohio 22+ Adult High School Diploma Program has been expanded to include students ages 18-21 who dropped out before earning a high school diploma or HSE diploma. The program is operated by Ohio 22+ Adult Diploma Program providers and gives students another chance to earn their high school diploma from their local school districts.

Graduation Alliance will partner with local school districts to receive lists of students who have stopped attending for outreach on behalf of Lorain County Community College, Northwest State Community College, Owens Community College, Southern State Community College, Stark State College, and Zane State College.
